Position Summary:
We are seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of experience defending clients in civil litigation matters involving personal injury claims. The ideal candidate has strong research, writing, and law and motion skills, and can manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities:

Defend clients in civil litigation cases involving personal injury and related matters from inception through trial.
Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
Manage cases from inception through resolution while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership (in good standing).
Minimum 2 years of civil litigation defense experience, preferably in personal injury; ad experience in transportation is a plus.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism and teamwork.

Base Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
