Future Salary Increases:
* June 2027 – 6.46% increase to base pay (3% Across-the-Board + 3.46% Market Adjustment)

As a Child Support Program Attorney I, you will handle routine cases and court appearances relating to child support and parentage, and perform legal research and writing.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California at the time of application.
Note: A valid California Class C driver's license, which must be maintained throughout employment in this class, is required at the time of appointment, or the ability to arrange necessary and timely transportation for field travel. Employees in this class may be required to use their own vehicle.
