The New York office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate to join the Capital Markets group. Candidates should have 4 – 7 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Experience representing public companies in '34 Act work a plus but is not required. $265,000 - $420,00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
