O'Melveny is seeking a mid-level associate Capital Markets Associate (3rd – 6th year). Ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and diverse team. The salary range in New York for this role is $260,000 - $390,000 and represents the firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
