The applicant should have the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional counsel to consumers; he or she should ideally have an understanding of real estate and/or consumer protection law. Experience with consumer bankruptcy, condo, and/or HOA law is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide counsel to consumers relating to real estate and timeshare matters.
- Negotiate settlements with developers, management entities, collection agencies, etc.
- Advise clients on risks inherent in various contractual relationships.
