BPE Law Group is looking for a litigation associate who wants more than behind-the-scenes research assignments. This role offers hands-on experience, direct client contact, and meaningful responsibility in real estate and business litigation, all within a growing, collaborative, multistate firm.Key Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation work that moves cases forward
- Appear in court and argue motions as part of your development as a litigator
- Build confidence working directly with clients throughout the litigation process
- Contribute to case evaluation, planning, and litigation strategy
- Work closely with an experienced and supportive litigation group
Ideal Candidate:
- A genuine interest in civil litigation and a desire to become a stronger advocate through real experience
- Current license to practice law in California
- Excellent legal writing, analysis, and oral advocacy skills
- A practical, client-focused approach and the judgment to handle responsibility professionally

- Compensation: $90,000–$160,000, depending on experience. Unlike firms with strictly lock-step compensation models, BPE's compensation and bonus structure rewards attorneys based on their work, performance, and contributions.
