We are seeking an attorney to join our business/real estate division of our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of matters from intake through resolution. Interested candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an assigned caseload from inception of matters to conclusion.
Maintain relationships with institutional clients
Interface with lenders and referral sources.
Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants.
Preparation of business and real estate documents
Provide excellent client communication and maintain regular case updates.

Applicants should have 3-5+ years of Business and/or Commercial and/or Residential Real Estate experience and be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Preference will be given to candidates licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
