Who You Are:
- You have 4-6 years of law firm experience in business restructuring and insolvency law, including complex bankruptcy transactions and litigation.
- You have a strong understanding of financial restructurings, both in-court and out-of court.
- You have experience advising on distrestressed debt investments and distressed M&A transactions.
- You have outstanding writing and analytical skills, and strong academic credentials.
- You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters to add to your success on our team.
- You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
