The Role:
We're seeking a litigator with 2–5 years of experience to handle complex commercial and business litigation out of our Silicon Valley office. You'll work on demand letters and responses, motion practice, research, client communications, discovery and depositions, court appearances (state, federal, and arbitration), mediations, and trial work — with real mentorship and the opportunity to build your own book of business.

What you bring:

2–5 years of experience, preferably in business, commercial, corporate, and/or employment litigation
Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures
Experience drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial documents with precision
Ability to conduct thorough document review and due diligence
Experience supporting client meetings and depositions with strategic insight
Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
A willingness to take cases to trial (trial experience preferred, not required)
Excellent organizational skills to manage a substantial caseload
Admission and good standing in the California Ba
