Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 1-5 years of civil litigation experience to join the San Jose office. Labor & employment law experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California. Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $220,000 to $290,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education.About Littler
