A Full-Service Business Law Firm seeks a third to fifth year Litigation Associate for the Los Angeles office. Experience with matters involving complex commercial litigation (e.g., complex contract-based disputes, partnership disputes, etc.) is desired. The successful candidate's Litigation experience will likely include conducting research; writing memos; participating in discovery and assisting with pre-trial motions. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are required.
