Dykema's Business Litigation practice group is seeking a talented associate with 4–7 years of experience to join our Chicago office. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in complex litigation and a proven track record of hands-on responsibility. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in motion practice, discovery, brief writing, and preparing witnesses, as well as taking and defending depositions. Meaningful courtroom exposure, client interaction, and involvement in trial preparation and trial work are highly valued. We are particularly interested in candidates who have managed cases end-to-end, including fact investigation and all phases of discovery. Exceptional writing skills, confident oral advocacy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigator to take on sophisticated matters in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Illinois bar admission is required. The expected salary range for this position is $195,000 - $220,000. Exact compensation may vary on skills and experience level. We are not accepting recruiter submissions at this time.
