Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise entities on formation and draft related formation documents.
  • Draft and negotiate asset purchase and sale agreements, merger/acquisition documents, and develop business succession plans.
  • Counsel clients on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic legal matters.
  • Manage multiple client matters and transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of in-house or law firm experience in business and transactional law.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business succession planning.
  • Licensed to practice law in Nebraska or eligible to become licensed in Nebraska soon.
  • A portable book of business is a plus but not required.
