Immigration Attorney-Bilingual (English/Spanish)As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Attorney to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and supervise assigned paralegals from intake through resolution.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, waivers, motions, appeals, and declarations.
- Review and finalize case documents and submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare clients for appearances and represent them at USCIS interviews, Immigration Court hearings, and other proceedings, including travel outside the Los Angeles area.
- Maintain consistent and professional client communication in coordination with support staff.
- Conduct legal consultations, both in-person and virtually, as needed.
- Stay current on immigration law developments and apply changes to case strategy.
- Follow firm policies and utilize case management systems effectively.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in immigration law, including:
- Removal defense and deportation proceedings.
- Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews.
- Family-based immigration.
- Consular processing.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for court and agency appearances.
