Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of labor and employment law experience to join our Bay Area offices (San Francisco, San Jose or Walnut Creek). The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in California. Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
