Description:
Salary Range:$140,000.00 To $165,000.00 Annually
White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in financial restructuring and insolvency related transactions and litigation matters, including chapter 11 bankruptcies and representation of secured creditors in commercial foreclosures and Article 9 sales. Admission to the NY bar is required and additional admission to the NJ and/or PA bar strongly preferred. Excellent opportunity for a hardworking professional to contribute to a fast-paced practice.
