A Law Firm Handling Corporate and Technology Matters is excited to offer a unique opportunity within our Bankruptcy Litigation practice in the Orange County office for a part-time Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney. This role is specifically tailored for experienced attorneys seeking to balance a fulfilling career with personal commitments, offering a flexible, reduced-hours work schedule. In line with our modern approach to work, we are open to this position being primarily remote, with the preference that the candidate resides in California to facilitate timely collaboration as needed.

    • Familiarity with both conventional and non-conventional finance relationships.
    • Transactional experience and negotiation of finance documents (preferred but not essential).
