About the Job:Consider joining the team at A Full Service Law Firm, an established, AV-rated law firm with offices in Atlanta and Savannah.
We are seeking a full-time bankruptcy attorney to represent debtor's in filing Chapter 7 and 13 cases in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. This is a hybrid position whereby you will have the opportunity to work from home when you do not need to meet with client's at the office or her in-person hearings. Most of the communication with clients will be done via telephone calls Monday through Friday.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Using your legal experience and client service skills to determine whether bankruptcy is the right solution for the clients.
- Full representation of the client through the bankruptcy process.
Your Background:
- J.D. and licensed to practice law in Georgia, ideally with at least 1 full year of practical, bankruptcy legal experience.
- Ability to work remotely during standard business hours.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Suite and practice-related software. Experience with Best Case is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on accuracy, details and meeting deadlines and service goals.
