The ideal candidate will possess 3 or more years of corporate and business bankruptcy and financial restructuring experience representing creditor constituencies, including creditors committees, indenture trustee or agents, trade, landlords, lenders and contract counterparties, in complex chapter 11 restructurings and bankruptcy litigation, including adversary proceedings.
Candidates will possess superior communication and drafting skills. A demonstrated ability to manage and be part of a team; mentor junior associates; contribute to business development activities, including networking events and client outreach; and deliver exceptional client service in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Large firm and Southern District of New York or District of Delaware clerkship experience is a plus.
