Job Description:Whiteford's Falls Church, Virginia office is seeking an associate to join its thriving bankruptcy practice. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions or have completed a bankruptcy court clerkship. Must possess excellent research and writing skills as well as an outstanding academic record.
Admission to practice law in Virginia is required. Additional admissions to D.C. and/or Maryland Bar is a plus.
The salary range is $150,000 – $175,000 commensurate with experience.
