We are seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join our Labor & Employment group in Richmond.This role is about more than handling cases. What the work looks like
You will partner with public and private employers on a wide range of workplace issues. Some days you will be in the courtroom. Other days, you will be drafting policies, advising leadership, or representing clients before agencies. No matter the task, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work while being supported by a team that values trust and collaboration.
What we hope you bring
- At least 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation.
- A Virginia law license.
- Strong writing, advocacy, and counseling skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in building relationships.
