The Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of litigation experience conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in North Carolina, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, premises liability, product liability, transportation and/or insurance defense.
