Overview:We are seeking an attorney with recent trial experience and skilled to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers meaningful career advancement, including a potential path to partnership, with the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Partner on complex litigation matters from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation, Personal Injury preferred, but litigation experience is a must. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As an Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to litigate cases and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes.
This is a hybrid position based in Kent, Washington. Employees typically work approximately half of their time remotely and half in the office. Occasional in-office attendance may be required based on business needs, and candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to appear in the applicable courts when necessary.
License/Certification Attorney Only:
- License to Practice in WA (Required)
- Admission to the Washington State Bar Association.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings and during legal negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation plans.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
