About the Opportunity: Kelley Kronenberg is actively seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing team. We are looking for an attorney admitted in Texas to manage a diverse docket of First-Party Property and General Liability defense matters.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Independently manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation matters (GL and FPP) from inception through trial or settlement across Texas jurisdictions.
  • Litigation Strategy: Draft comprehensive pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; conduct legal research to guide client strategy.
  • Advocacy: Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, and mediations; prepare witnesses and experts for trial.
  • Client Relations: Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, providing clear guidance on legal issues and potential exposure.
  • Resolution: Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Dual Licensure Required: Must be admitted to the Bar in Texas (Active and in Good Standing) Louisiana a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with specific exposure to both First-Party Property and General Liability defense preferred.
  • Skills: Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while managing strict deadlines.
