We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Attorney Supervisor who is fluent in both Spanish and English to lead and support our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and legal expertise to the role, along with a passion for mentoring others and ensuring high-quality client service.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of attorneys.
- Oversee workflow and ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical standards.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new attorneys.
- Monitor performance metrics and support team development.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and staff as necessary.
Requirements:
- Admitted to the Florida Bar.
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and supporting a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
