Divorce & Family Law AttorneyA very busy and growing hybrid Tampa Bay family law firm is seeking an experienced Divorce & Family Law Attorney to join our team.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience practicing family law in Florida, preferably in the Tampa Bay area.
Litigation and trial experience are highly desirable.
This position may begin as either Of Counsel or part/full-time employment, depending upon experience and qualifications and other factors.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and personable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish is a substantial plus.
Compensation and benefits are commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
- Current member in good standing of The Florida Bar
- Minimum of two years of Florida family law experience or otherwise show significant experience
- Strong legal writing, grammar, litigation, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
