About Stillman Law Office:
Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation. We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in New Hampshire. This position may require in-person attendance at court hearings and will be based in New Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in in-person court appearances across New Hampshire.
- Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels.

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required:
- Delaware
- Michigan
- Connecticut
- Massachusetts
- Maryland
- Washington, D.C.
