About the role:
The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate litigation and general civil litigation. You should be comfortable managing your own caseload, appearing in court, and working directly with clients in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Represent clients in all phases of real estate related litigation, including but not limited to discovery, court appearances, hearings, and trials
  • Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Negotiate settlements and provide sound legal counsel
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and manage deadlines
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Meet billable time requirements

Requirements:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar membership
  • At least 3 years of real estate litigation experience
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to client service
