Description:
Halaby Law Group, P.C., located in downtown Hingham, is looking for a part time general probate litigator with 5-15 years of experience handling probate disputes including will and trust contests. Estate Planning and Probate Administration is a plus.Strong background in probate litigation, including analysis of estate and trust documents, motion practice, written discovery and depositions. Solid familiarity with the rules of civil procedure and court experience required.
Ability to be comfortable reviewing discovery documents and other written data to determine strategy and settlement valuation, and communicating with clients for counseling purposes.
Strong writing and negotiation skills are required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet litigation deadlines.
Interest in developing new business and marketing the firm's legal services.
Friendly affable personality who can work in a small firm environment.

Portable practice is a plus.
This is a part time position that is fully remote, however court appearances and in-office meetings may be required.

Pay: $90,052.95 - $108,450.87 per year
