At Roebuck Law Firm, we are seeking a dedicated Attorney with a passion for personal injury law to join our dynamic team. Based in Las Vegas, we are a rapidly expanding firm known for our commitment to our clients and exceptional service. This position offers an opportunity to manage a diverse case load of pre-litigation and litigation matters while contributing to our firm's continued growth and success.Responsibilities:
- Case Evaluation & Intake - Assess liability and damages for new cases, conduct initial client consultations, and determine case viability and value.
- Client Communication - Maintain regular contact with clients regarding case status, medical treatment progress, and settlement discussions.
- Medical Records Management - Order, review, and organize medical records, bills, and diagnostic imaging to build comprehensive injury documentation.
- Liability Investigation - Gather police reports, witness statements, photographs, and surveillance footage to establish fault and strengthen claims.
- Demand Package Preparation - Draft compelling settlement demand letters with supporting exhibits to maximize case value during negotiations.
- Insurance Negotiations - Negotiate directly with adjusters to secure favorable settlements within policy limits before litigation becomes necessary.
- Lien Resolution - Identify, negotiate, and resolve medical liens, health insurance subrogation claims, and Medicare/Medicaid interests.
- Case Management in Filevine - Document all case activities, maintain organized digital files, and ensure compliance with firm protocols and deadlines.
- Pre-Litigation Strategy - Identify cases requiring litigation early, prepare comprehensive case summaries for litigation counsel when settlement fails.
- Team Collaboration - Work with paralegals, case managers, and intake staff to ensure efficient case progression and meet monthly settlement goals.

Requirements:
Experience & Licensing:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada Bar admission in good standing
- Minimum 3+ years plaintiff's personal injury pre-litigation experience
- Proven track record of successful settlements and case resolution
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented settlement success
- Proficiency in Filevine case management software strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
- Maintain client satisfaction through frequent communication with clients
- Strict ethical compliance and professional judgment

Benefits:
- Base salary negotiable based on experience; typical range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000/year (higher for exceptional candidates)
- Quarterly bonus opportunity based on settlements: a percentage of net fee recovery for firm-originated cases plus a higher percentage for self-originated files. Bonus terms will be discussed and tailored based on your production and origination profile.
