A Law Firm that Provides Legal Advisory Services Real Estate practice group seeks to hire an associate with three to five years of experience to join our Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City or Reno office. Significant experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate purchase and lease transactions is expected. Our real estate group is regularly engaged to represent clients in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions throughout the United States. Excellent prior training at a top-quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and client-centric approach. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, as is admission to practice law in Arizona.
