Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations.
Oversee support staff, ensuring timely and high-quality case progress.
Advocate for clients with professionalism, strategy, and persistence.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
1–5 years of personal injury experience preferred (pre-litigation and/or litigation).
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently.
Driven, client-focused, and committed to excellence.
