Position Summary:This Partner leads the firm's healthcare regulatory division, specializing in Medicaid/Medicare compliance, fraud defense, and administrative disputes. The role combines legal expertise with business acumen to guide clients through complex healthcare oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
- Represent clients in administrative hearings, fraud investigations, and litigation.
- Supervise associates and paralegals assigned to healthcare law.
- Draft, review, and oversee compliance documents, regulatory filings, and contracts.
- Develop business strategies to expand healthcare and compliance practice areas.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school; active bar license.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory or administrative law.
- Expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, and healthcare fraud defense.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale compliance matters.
Pay: $200.00 - $113,823.45 per hour
