Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and litigation skills, along with the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and as part of a team. We do not have a minimum billable hours requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving complex commercial litigation and commercial construction disputes
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
- 2–5 years of legal experience preferred
- Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Westlaw.
- ESI discovery experience including Relativity, DISCO, or other ESI platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Commitment to ethical practice and client service
