About the role:
We're hiring a skilled Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in litigation and/or business law. You'll handle complex cases, advise business clients, and represent them in court, mediation, and transactions. This is a high-impact role with room to grow professionally and make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation and business law matters from start to finish
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct depositions and confidently appear in court
Represent clients in mediations and negotiations
Advise businesses on compliance, structure, and strategy
Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements
Assist with entity formation and corporate governance
Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions

What We're Looking For:

Active California law license
Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Team-oriented mindset with a drive to excel
