Description:
Insurance Defense firm in Irvine is seeking a civil litigation attorney with minimum 2 years' experience for its warranty department (representing car manufacturers). The candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Applicants must meet the following criteria:- Be an active member in good standing with the California Bar
- Have solid academic credentials
- Possess civil litigation experience and knowledge of lemon law - CA Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
- Must be able to attend in-person vehicle inspections in CA
- Must have a high level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines
- Demonstrate good judgment, strong critical thinking skills and the desire and willingness to take ownership and control of projects
- Have excellent communication, analytical and writing skills
- Have excellent client relations
