Volk Law Offices, P.A., an established and well-regarded law firm located in Melbourne, Florida, seeks a qualified Attorney to join its team with a primary focus on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in land use law to contribute to a sophisticated practice serving a diverse range of clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in matters involving land use entitlements, zoning compliance, and development permitting.
- Draft and negotiate development agreements, easements, and related real estate documentation.
- Appear before local government boards, planning commissions, and administrative agencies on behalf of clients.
- Conduct legal research and provide high-level analysis on land use, environmental regulations, and property issues.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on complex real estate and business transactions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing in land use, zoning, or real estate law.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply municipal and state land use regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
