legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiation,
legal administrative tasks, drafting legal documents, and conducting

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft and review various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Manage and oversee legal assistants and support staff
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and litigation
- Strong knowledge of Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw for conducting legal research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Attend client meetings (Pre-suit Attroneys must meet clients in person)
