- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience in legal drafting, litigation, and negotiation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required.
