What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys and legal support staff who genuinely have each other's backs.
  • Develop case strategies and manage diverse immigration matters from start to finish.
  • Handle family-based petitions, federal immigration litigation, and removal defense.
  • Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and responses to NOIDs and RFEs.
  • Prepare clients for court and USCIS interviews; attend hearings and interviews as needed.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and maintain timely communication with clients.
  • Keep accurate case files and notes using our client management system.

What We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor and active bar admission (any state)
  • Fluent in Spanish-our clients' stories are told in many languages
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ethical, motivated, and able to thrive in a team-oriented setting
  • Immigration law experience highly preferred, especially in family-based and deportation defense
  • Previous case management experience a plus
