A well-established North Dallas law firm is seeking a Social Security Disability Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Social Security disability law who are passionate about providing exceptional legal services to clients.

Great opportunity for former Social Security Administration employees—higher pay range may be available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Prepare for and represent claimants at disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
• Occasionally handle appeals to federal court.

About the Firm:
Our firm practices across multiple areas of law. However, this position will primarily focus on Social Security and Disability Law, with the potential to also assist in Personal Injury cases.

You will work alongside a supervising attorney with over 20 years of experience in Social Security law, including thousands of hearings and numerous federal appeals.
