Description:

We are a busy North Dallas litigation firm seeking an entry-level attorney who wants immediate responsibility and real courtroom experience.

This position focuses primarily on Social Security Disability and Personal Injury matters. You will work directly with clients, prepare cases from intake through resolution, and represent claimants at hearings early in your career. This is not a back-office or research-only role. From day one, you will be practicing law.

Insurance Defense or Former Social Security Administration employees are strongly encouraged to apply. A higher compensation range may be available for applicants with relevant litigation or SSA experience.

What you will do:

Advise and support clients throughout their case
Represent claimants at Social Security disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges
Assist with personal injury cases, including intake, case development, and negotiations
Draft motions, briefs, and occasional federal court filings
Gain exposure to other practice areas handled by the firm

Who you will work with
You will work directly with experienced attorneys with over 20 years of Social Security disability and litigation experience and thousands of hearings handled. You will receive structured training, feedback, and the chance to grow quickly.
