Description:

Multiple years Litigation experience preferred. Fluency in Spanish helpful but not required. Opportunity for immediate experience at doing Arbitrations; Jury Trial participation. Day to day pre-litigation insurance negotiations and litigation practice. Compensation commensurate with experience. Great opportunity for bonus pay plus origination "rainmaker" bonus for someone interested in marketing him or herself.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources
Draft legal documents, including pleadings and disclosure statements
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on cases.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Arizona.
Strong research, AI and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients.
Experience in legal drafting, including pleadings.
Knowledge of legal admin procedures and practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
