Salary:
Base pay $85,000-$100,000 with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure effective case management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Participate in community outreach and legal education initiatives.
Preferred:
Background in criminal defense and/or personal injury.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Nebraska.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and community involvement.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
