Job Overview:Jotkus Law Group is a transactional boutique firm in Northbrook serving commercial and residential real estate, corporate, and estate planning clients across Illinois.
What you'll do and what we offer
- Handle residential and commercial closings
- Form entities and prepare operating agreements, corporate resolutions, and related governance documents
- Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Manage matters and communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel
- We offer base salary based on experience PLUS origination compensation
- Small-firm environment with meaningful client responsibility and a clear path to growth
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. and admission to the Illinois bar
- 1+ years of transactional experience
- Russian language proficiency is a plus, not a requirement
