About the role:
Ghassemian Law Group, APC, is seeking a skilled Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team in Mission Viejo. This is an excellent opportunity for a California-licensed attorney with at least 5 years of business litigation experience to work on diverse, rewarding matters in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
- Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters.
- Represent clients in court, including arguing motions.
- Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals.
- Help administrative staff with client meetings, billing, and project completion; and
- Collaborate with senior attorneys for trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar License in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with modern legal technology.
