Description:
The firm has openings for general counsel and litigation work. General counsel position will advise the firm's public education clients with respect to their daily operations (including transactional work such as contract review, real estate, and construction). Litigation position will provide litigation defense services to the same client base.Strong research, writing and analytical skills are required.
Candidates must be highly motivated and committed to the service of public education clients.
