Injury Lawyers is the largest personal injury law firm in the state of Kansas, and we continue to experience rapid growth across our four offices in Kansas and Missouri. We were very proud to be named "Best Place to Work” by the Wichita Business Journal in 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 (don't worry, we placed in the top 3 in 2018, 2022 and 2023).

Currently, our 31 attorneys join our team of nearly 100 individuals to aggressively fight for injured people in a professional manner.

We represent clients who have been injured and need a compassionate advocate to fight for them against big insurance companies. Our team is very specialized, and we are needing an attorney to join our Pre-Litigation Attorney Team. Pre-litigation includes meeting with clients and potential clients, handling of case files, presenting cases to our Focus Group, preparation of cases for demand, negotiation, court hearings for approval, and being second chair in trial. Other attorney positions with our office includes our Litigation Team, where duties include attending court hearings, legal writing, taking depositions, and being first chair at trial.

A Missouri bar license is required (additional Kansas bar license is preferred).

This is a full-time position with health and dental insurance fully paid by the firm for the attorney, long-term and short-term disability insurance fully paid by the firm for the attorney, paid time off (2 weeks your first year and then 3 weeks per year after that, in addition to 8 paid Holidays). After a year with the firm you will be eligible for the 401k plan (upon the plan entry date) and the firm automatically contributes 3% of your salary to your retirement.

The starting salary for new attorneys or those with limited experience is $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on previous experience and qualifications. Performance/feedback meetings occur periodically during the first 6 months. There is also a bonus plan available when independently handling your own files. If you are an experienced attorney who has actively handled and litigated personal injury cases for the plaintiff or defense, the above salary range salary is negotiable based upon your litigation experience and earnings.

Also, we almost forgot to mention - when the firm meets its goals the entire firm and a guest go on an all-expenses paid trip to celebrate a great year. Past locations have been the Bahamas, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos and Jamaica.
