Description:

For nearly four decades, our AV-rated practice has been recognized for excellence in medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation. Our attorneys are known for their professionalism, integrity, and results. We have collectively secured over $150 million in verdicts and settlements.

You will work alongside veteran trial lawyers with more than 100 years of combined experience — and alongside our in-house medical professionals, including a board-certified physician and a senior RN. This unique, integrated team approach provides exceptional training and gives developing litigators insight into medicine that most attorneys do not receive.

What This Role Offers
We prefer applicants who have 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.

Work will include:
  • Developing case strategy in complex medical malpractice matters
  • Drafting substantive motions, briefs, and pleadings
  • Working directly with our medical experts and in house medical professionals
  • Participating in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Receiving mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys
  • Building long-term trial skills through real, substantive involvement
  • You will be challenged, supported, and mentored.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities
  • 2–5 years of civil litigation experience (medical malpractice experience is a plus, not required)
  • Missouri Bar admission
  • Commitment to excellence and professional development
  • Interest in becoming a capable trial lawyer
