$85,000–$120,000+ annual earnings (base + bonuses) with clear paths to exceed the $120,000 earnings early on in your career based on performance. We expect our attorneys to earn $100,000+ within one year with the firm, even when they are recent law school graduates.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and post-judgment issues.
  • Handle your own full caseload and manage client relationships with empathy and strategy.
  • Appear regularly in court; attend mediations and depositions, and take ownership of litigation from day one (with mentorship and support as needed).
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal arguments at a high level.

Expectations & Requirements
  • Minimum: 110 billable hours per month (1,300–1,400 annually) with bonus tiers for performance.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in family law litigation.

Who You Are:
  • A licensed Michigan attorney (or pending license) with courtroom interest or experience.
  • A strong writer and persuasive speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the grit to advocate for clients during court hearings and negotiations
  • Empathy to help clients through difficult times.
