Family Law Attorney (Associate, Senior Associate, or Lateral) | Hybrid Opportunity | Multiple Arizona Locations

With offices in Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, Lake Havasu, and Show Low, our firm provides high-quality legal representation across Family Law, Criminal Defense, DUI, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, and related practice areas. We are committed to professionalism, ethical advocacy, and delivering exceptional client service.
What You'll Do:
- Handle a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, enforcement, and related disputes
- Advise clients through emotionally and financially significant legal matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
- Collaborate with a strong legal team focused on achieving practical and effective outcomes
- What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills
- Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience practicing family law
- Courtroom, litigation, and negotiation experience
- Experience handling contested matters independently
- Exposure to Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, or Probate matters is a plus
